Women’s Health and Pediatric Dietitian

I’m Here to Help You Bloom.

Purpose

My mission is to support women and their children in becoming their healthiest selves by providing the tools, guidance, and confidence to take an active role in their health and wellness journey. I believe every individual deserves to feel well-nourished, energized, and supported in a way that aligns with their unique needs and lifestyle.

Through personalized, insurance-based one-on-one counseling, I use a combination of mindfulness, practical nutrition strategies, and evidence-based research to help you build sustainable habits that support long-term health—for both you and your family.

How I Can Help

Pediatrics

Feeding children can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to guide you in understanding what, when, and how to nourish your child through every stage of development.

From everyday feeding challenges to more complex medical needs, I provide individualized support that meets your child where they are. With extensive experience working with children across a wide range of health conditions, I create practical, realistic strategies that fit into your family’s life.

Together, we’ll build confidence around feeding, support your child’s growth, and make mealtimes feel more manageable—and even enjoyable.

Women’s Health Nutrition

  • We had a wonderful experience with Alexis! Her knowledge is top tier, but beyond that, what makes her stand out is how thorough she was about learning my family! She wanted to know about me, my baby, and our household. We went over everything from what I am already doing, have done, and what my goals are. Her personality is absolutely perfect for her profession. She was so encouraging, easy to talk to and comfortable to open up with. She was so helpful, understanding, and gave us a realistic plan to help with our breastfeeding journey. I am so glad we found her and that she was able to fit us in for an appointment so quickly! I cannot recommend her enough!

  • Alexis was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She is quite knowledgeable and helped me feel confident I was meeting nutrition goals within the confines of a pretty restrictive diet (due to my breastfeeding infant’s condition). She also helped me re-introduce foods in a way that felt responsible and safe. I would highly recommend her to any nursing moms.
