I’m a Dietitian with nearly 10 years of experience—and I’m on a mission to help YOU feel amazing in your own skin. I’m all about guiding you to nourish your body with nutrient-packed foods, while also making peace with who you are. I practice from a Health at Every Size lens, which means I wholeheartedly believe that everyone, regardless of body size, deserves to live their healthiest, happiest life.

Whether it’s addressing gut health, hormone balance, or food sensitivities, together we’ll uncover the true causes and work towards lasting, meaningful change.

I also get that good health is a team effort, so I love collaborating with your care crew—whether that’s your naturopathic doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, primary care doctor, or your child’s pediatrician.

Since becoming a mom, my passion for supporting women and children has only grown. I’m here to provide you with science-backed, holistic care that’s as thoughtful and individualized as you are. My goal? To show up for you in the same way I’d want my own healthcare providers to show up for me—with compassion, respect, and a whole lot of heart.

Alexis Cascone Nutrition was born after my son arrived, and I quickly realized just how much support women need throughout their lifecycle with tailored nutrition recommendations made for them and their future families. That’s where I come in! My goal is for our time together to leave you feeling truly supported, educated, and empowered when it comes to feeding both yourself and your child.
